Our upbringings are completely different, yet we’ve been able to align as a couple and create f*cking incredible results in our lives and our marriage.
One of us comes from generations of lawyers and their dad was a judge, the other is the first in their family line to become a lawyer!
Both of us grew up as rule followers and teacher’s pets, wanting the approval of others. But oh my, how things have changed!
For one of us, getting into law school came easy and the other got rejected – but didn’t give up and got in with a terrible LSAT score!
One of us started working at the age of 8, had to do Friday chores and homework in the summer - while the other did not!
